If faced with the surprise of a mild heart attack, amidst the chaos of thoughts flooding my mind like a sold-out rock concert, my first instinct would be to shoosh the unruly mental crowd and focus on Health Awareness. Having a heart attack at 58 can be a life-altering experience, and the realization of mortality's playful reminder would have my mind darting to my Family and my sweet little Children, then swiftly landing on my caring Fiancé, all within a WOW TWW 2024 heartbeat. As a proud member of the 50 Plus club, thoughts on Senior Health would also unexpectedly make an appearance, crashing the party like an uninvited guest. Amidst the commotion, I'd wager my initial reaction would be to Google "Stress Management as a Hunter like a Dethtripper Would," hoping to find some needed wisdom to guide me through this uninvited adventure of the heart!!!
